Frequently Asked Questions

Plans & Pricing

What do I get in each tier?

Every tier comes with virtual try-on and a defined allotment of SKUs (style-colors) and try-ons. Based on the tier of your choice, additional features can be included.

See the full pricing breakdown.

What is a SKU?

A SKU is a unique product, or style-color. For example: if a shirt exists in your catalog in green and the same exact style also comes in blue, those two products count as 2 SKUs.

What happens if I go over the try-ons allotted in my plan?

Each try-on over the plan quota is charged at $0.08 per try-on.

Am I notified before an overage occurs?

Yes. The app displays in-app notification banners on your dashboard at key thresholds so you always know where you stand:

  • 50% of your try-on quota — an informational notice
  • 80% of your try-on quota — a yellow warning banner
  • 100% of your try-on quota — an orange banner indicating you have entered overage
  • 80% of your monthly spending cap — a red banner with a Raise cap action
  • 100% of your spending cap — an urgent banner. The try-on widget is paused on your storefront until you raise the cap or your billing cycle resets

Email notifications mirroring these thresholds are rolling out and will be sent to your Shopify admin email.

What if I want to add more SKUs?

You can absolutely add more SKUs. Each additional SKU over the quota is $0.10 per SKU.

Setup & Onboarding

What kind of clothes does this work on?

The app is optimized for apparel: tops, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, and outerwear. See the supported product types for full details.

Do I need API keys to set up the app?

No. Your store is connected to SPREEAI automatically. When you install the app and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms during onboarding, the app provisions your credentials for you — there's nothing to copy or paste. See Step 2 of the Onboarding Guide.

My products are stuck in "Processing" — what should I do?

Processing time depends on catalog size. If a product remains in Processing for an unusually long time, click the Refresh statuses button on the Garments tab. If the issue persists, contact support.

A product is marked as "Action Required" — what does that mean?

The product needs your attention before it can be processed (for example, missing or non-compliant images). Open the product to see the specific reason and take action.

Support

Who do I contact in case I need support?

Contact SPREEAI support through the Support option in your SPREEAI Partner Portal.
